Kateryna Yehorova
Katerina Yekhorova (1991) is a graphic artist from Odessa (Ukraine). She studied at the Odessa Art University and the Kharkiv National Academy of Design and Arts. She actively participates in projects and exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. My creative work uses visual forms to reflect on the world around me and on beauty. It makes sense to convey only what I have seen and experienced myself. I focus on events that have personally influenced me. I like to combine expressiveness with a regulated composition, leaving space for understatement, fantasy and reflection for the viewer. In my work, I combine images of reality with abstract forms to convey something that has no material expression. I enjoy extraordinary light. I like to capture a magical atmosphere in my work. Currently, I work with gouache and paper using the artist's technique.
