SOBA CAP 2026 SUMMER

"The SOBA CAPs we made before sold out so quickly! Let's make them again!!"

In response to the enthusiastic request from Gamako-an, a soba restaurant in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture,

a new version of the popular SOBA CAP has been released.

This summer,
it's available in four colors: Navy, Blue, Yellow, and Beige.

We've curated light colors
that perfectly complement the summer sun.

Soba = Universe

Soba is a very simple food.

Water
Flour
Hands

That's all it's made of.

However, within that simplicity
resides the climate, soil, and seasons of the land,
as well as the sensibilities and experience of the maker.

Even with the same ingredients,
no two soba are ever the same.

When you think about it that way,
soba is like a small universe.

The SOBA CAP was created with this "Soba = Universe" sentiment in mind.
