Patrik Kriššák (*1986) develops an experimental painting technique in which paint is applied horizontally from the container directly onto the canvas. A key theme is information technology influencing the visual arts. His work develops more and more levels of thinking and touches all poles of painting, from portraiture to semiotic abstraction. In his last series of paintings he deals with the theme of global change. He is based in Prague and Dresden.
