SHIPPING POLICY
▶ Shipping We process orders within 3 business days. (No shipping on weekends and public holidays.)
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed by 10:00 AM JST on the processing day.
*Excluding pre-order items. *For items shared with our physical store, stock may occasionally sell out due to simultaneous purchases. We appreciate your understanding.
▶ International Shipping We ship worldwide from Japan using Japan Post (EMS / Small Packet Airmail) and Yamato International Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

- USA: 5–10 business days (Yamato International Express)
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- India: 7–14 business days

- Courier: ¥450–¥1,500 depending on region, weight, and size (trackable / no delivery date selection)

▶ Returned Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to notify us of an address change, or extended absence, the re-shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding.
