【New Collaboration】YUYA HASHIZUME × Aquvii eyewater ver. necklace
A collaboration with artist Yuya Hashizume. We've taken his signature "eyewater" and transformed it into a three-dimensional necklace with Aquvii's unique approach!
Born in Okayama Prefecture in 1983, Hashizume began his artistic activities in 2016. In recent years, he has successfully held large-scale solo exhibitions both in Japan and internationally, including at Spiral Garden in Tokyo, and in Seoul, Taipei, and London.
The core of this product lies in its "three-dimensionality." The "eyewater" character, originally expressed in two dimensions as an illustration, has been recreated in an original, Aquvii-crafted three-dimensional form that maintains its delicate lines and somewhat melancholic expression from every 360-degree angle.
The lineup features two types made from different materials: "Brass" with its distinctive subdued gold color, and "Silver925" radiating a sophisticated shine.
Brass develops a deeper hue and an antique-like texture with use. Silver925, on the other hand, boasts a skin-friendly texture and a unique luster that emerges with repeated care. Both transcend mere accessories, possessing the strength of "art pieces" that can grow with their owner over time.
The limited-edition first-run packaging features a clear box design that allows a glimpse of the contents. Our aim was to create a presentation that would make you want to display it in your room as a work of art, even when you're not wearing it.
To commemorate its release, this will be available for pre-order as a "first limited edition." Those who place an order during the period will receive a special package, different from the regular version, along with a mini card signed by Yuya Hashizume.
