Ryuji Matsuyama, a cattle breeder who has pursued the highest peaks of wagyu beef production, is taking on a new challenge: the long-term fattening of rare "Takachiho Farm Jersey cows (cows that have calved)," which make up only 0.8% of Japan's dairy cattle. His love for his hometown, Miyakonojo, and the unknown deliciousness of Jersey beef, pushed to its limits, will be showcased at a special dinner event (3 days only, by reservation) in collaboration with Aquvii Kitchen Nakamucchin.

Aquvii's craft ginger syrup "Ginjyaal" spring 2026 batch has arrived.
It has a simple yet powerful flavor, made with minimal ingredients and using ginger grown in Miyazaki Prefecture with reduced pesticides. Mix it with carbonated water to make ginger ale, or use it with milk or in cooking. We'll also introduce some recipe variations recommended by Naka Muchin.
Soba = universe. This simple food, made with just water, flour, and hands, is packed with the land, season, and sensibility of the maker. Aquvii's SOBA beanie was born from this image. It is a small universe beanie born from a collaboration with Gamakoan, a soba restaurant in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki.
Gamakouan is located in the mountains of Miyakonojo. Soba noodles made in the circulating nature are just like the universe. We will be holding a soba noodle making workshop where you can experience the universe.
